一、Notes: Leaves and Tuition (Parents should read the refund regulations carefully.)
1.Leaves: The parents of the students who could not attend classes due to sick leaves or certain situations should inform school staff in advance.
(1). General sick leave 7 days in a row (including holidays): Lunch and transportation fees would be refunded based on the school days.
(2). Personal leave 10 days in a row: Lunch and transportation fees would be refunded based on the school days.
(3). Compulsory sick leave: 1/3 of the monthly tuition , lunch and transportation fees would be refunded based on the school days.
(4). Means of payment:
Payment should be done by the end of the month. If the payment were not paid two months in a row, the contact book and the classes would be stopped. If the situation continues up to 3 months, the student’s status will be eliminated.
◎ Note:
Refund: Parents should fill the refinement form by 20th of the month; teacher will deliver the form to the tuition department. However, the application is accomplished in this month or next month; tuition will be refunded next month.
2. The due day of payment: Organization would deliver the tuition form on 25th, it should be completed for the payment by 30th.
3.The means of payment:
(1). ACH remittance for tuition(Filling form in advance would be necessary)
(2). Also can transfer the payment by ATM or Cotabank by cash
4.The regulations of refund(The details of Taichung Cram School Management Announcement)
(1). The applicant who proposes to refund 30 days earlier; it would refund 95 percent of the tuition. The most limit of tuition which is the profit for cram school wouldn’t over NTD1000.
(2). The applicant who proposes to refund 30 days earlier; it would refund 90 percent of the tuition.
(3). The students who apply refund before school opening day 10 days earlier. It is not over the 1/3 term can refund 80% of the tuition.
(4). The students who apply refund before school opening day the tenth day.
It is not over the 1/3 term can refund 60% of the tuition.
(5). The students who apply refund can refund 40% of the tuition based on the 1/3 semester not up to 1/2.
(6). The students who apply the tuition refund won’t get any fee refund when it is the half of the semester.
5.Note:
(1). Students who is going to school must complete enrollment procedure.
(2). The previous students who wouldn’t complete the payment by due day will be considered not to continue the studying in this school if the studying status won’t be continued in this term. School won’t keep the increment.
(3). The no-show students who won’t be kept the increment should apply the suspension when the opening day.
