Physical Education-P.E. is taught through the guidance of physical activities and games to let the students build the following skills:


•  Understand and learn to use their bodies skillfully.
•  Develop the functions of big and small muscles .
•  Maintain a level of health that can resist sickness.
•  Improve the balance and co-ordination for the entire body.

In addition to designing and arranging an exciting, fun course, the PE teachers will also promote endurance, speed, power, agility and relaxation techniques. Connecting theme class topics with other disciplines is very important at Season Arts and so the PE teachers will endeavor to link their activities to theme class. From the PE course the students will gain crucial personal development, strength, confidence and a love for energetic, exercise based activities.
