By participating in integrated art activities, children are able to utilize their observational skills to develop their sensory and comprehension abilities. These abilities enable children to learn independently, develop creativity, empathy, and assign meanings to other things. Children re-construct their previous knowledge by exploring new experiences with different visual materials, and form new ideas from repeated explorations.

Children develop their intelligence through systematic communication of symbols, which include language, activities, drawings, architecture, sculpture, cutting, pasting, drama playing, music, sports, etc. These communication methods can stimulate children’s communicative and creative abilities, and enable them to discover and express what they would like to know, understand, are unsure of, what they feel or imagine.

The school has professional full-time art teachers on campus to collaborate with children and other teachers, to assist children to discover different materials. The children then can use these multifarious materials to make their imaginative ideas come to life. In the process, the collaboration and communication among art teachers, kindergarten teachers and children will become opportunities for learning.

Children are able to live with artists, and think and create things like one as well. Children do not learn about all the concepts of art, rather they use their art creations to communicate their thoughts. Their observational skills, discoveries, emotions and imagination can be fully expressed through the use of art.

With the guidance of the art teacher, themes and children’s life experiences are integrated into the art curriculum and children are able to engage in deeper exploration and various creations in art activities. Children will be able to explore freely and individually, and they will also be able to experience group activities to cooperate and collaborate.

At Season Arts, every thematic environment display on campus is an illustration of the artistic spirit and meaning. Art teachers utilize different visual effects and special designs, such as thematic shelves and interactive project walls, for children to experience the current theme in various ways. Children are able to encounter different explorations and use their 5 senses to gain perspectives on campus. These encounters encourage children to interact with the environment and stimulate thinking, curiosity, and imagination toward the theme. Deeper discussions are also triggered and extended in the process of the thematic explorations.
